Information on the processing of personal data
In connection with the processing of personal data, pursuant to Art. 13 Regulations of the European Parliament and EU Council 2016/679 (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, we provide the following information.

We try to minimize the scope of personal data that we process with regard to the correct fulfillment of services, which you expect from us, so that we fulfill our legal obligations and so that we protect our legitimate interests. We process the personal data of our customers, as well as the personal data of our potential customers, who gave us permission to do so. We process the following categories of personal data: basic data, which are your first and last name, residential address, or ID number, if you are an entrepreneur — a natural person (trader). Contact data, which is your e-mail, telephone number, or contact address. Usage information of our products and services, about products you have purchased or are considering purchasing. Information about the use of our e-shop, information newsletter and the like. Records of e-mail and chat communication, records of phone calls, or other communication with you in electronic or written form. Transaction data, in particular information about your payments and payment methods. Geolocation data, this is geographic data from a computer's web browser or from mobile applications. This data can serve to recommend the nearest store or service.
Purposes of personal data processing
We process your personal data mainly for the purpose of concluding sales contracts, the subject of which is delivery our goods and services. This activity consists primarily of receiving and processing orders, display invoices and tax documents, payment records, sending goods to the selected address, etc. For proper fulfillment comply with all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of accounting, registry management, or processing claims and complaints. If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent granted before its withdrawal.
You have the right to limit the processing if you wish us to process the data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.
You have the right to object to automated individual decision-making if you find, or believe, that this processing is illegal or contrary to your rights.
You have the right to data portability, if you wish to transfer them to another operator, we will provide them to you in the corresponding format, if there are no other technical or legal obstacles preventing it.
