Experience a private balloon flight near the High Tatras and treat yourself to an exceptional adventure in a peaceful atmosphere, with no other passengers on board. This package is ideal for a romantic flight for two, a proposal, a special celebration, an exclusive gift or a private experience with your nearest and dearest. During the flight, the entire balloon is reserved just for you and your party, so you can fully savour the views of the Tatras, the silence of the sky and the unique feeling of privacy. Even on a VIP flight, all TatraBallooning standards remain in place – professional organisation, certified pilots and maximum safety and comfort throughout the entire experience. Flights take place exclusively in the morning hours, when flying conditions are most stable and the views of the High Tatras are at their most beautiful. In the event of unfavourable weather, the flight is moved to the nearest suitable date.

Cancellation by the customer

Change of flight date by the customer
- A booking can be moved to a new date up to 24 hours before the flight.
- Within 24 hours of the flight, the date is binding, unless the pilot/operator decides to change it due to unsuitable weather.
Cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser
- A balloon flight depends on the current weather conditions and flight safety.
- In unsuitable weather (strong wind, rain, storms, poor visibility) the organiser may cancel the flight or move it to an alternative date free of charge.
- If the flight is cancelled due to weather, the customer may choose a new date.
Payment and vouchers
- A deposit of €100 per flight can be paid, with the balance settled as agreed.
- Gift vouchers have no time limit and remain valid until the flight is taken.
- In the case of cancellation under the rules above, the price is refunded within 15 days of purchase (the full amount).
Failure to attend the flight
- If the customer does not arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time, the booking is considered cancelled with no right to a refund.
