The “Adult” balloon flight is intended for passengers aged 15 and over. Your purchased flight has unlimited validity, so you can plan your experience for the date that suits you best. However, if you are only staying in the High Tatras temporarily and the flight cannot take place due to bad weather, or you cannot attend a replacement date, we’ll refund your money.
The “Child” balloon flight is intended for passengers aged 6 to 14 (inclusive). Your purchased flight has unlimited validity, so you can plan your experience for the date that suits you best. However, if you are only staying in the High Tatras temporarily and the flight cannot take place due to bad weather, or you cannot attend a replacement date, we’ll refund your money.
