The "Standard" balloon flight is intended for passengers aged 15 and over who want to experience a unique balloon flight with views of the Tatras. This adventure flight in the Tatras region offers a serene journey through the air above the countryside and views that cannot be experienced from any other perspective – ideal as a personal experience or an original gift. There is no upper age limit for flights with Tatra Ballooning; everyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful balloon flight over the landscape is welcome. The balloon flight is also available to passengers with disabilities. We do our best to accommodate every individual or specific request so that truly everyone can enjoy this exceptional experience. Launch site
We always confirm the launch site and meeting point the evening before the flight by SMS and e-mail.

- Flights take place from mid-June to mid-September.
- No dates are scheduled outside the season.
Cancellation by the customer

Change of flight date by the customer
- A booking may be rescheduled to a new date up to 24 hours before the flight.
- Within 24 hours of the flight the date is binding, unless the pilot/operator has decided to change it due to unsuitable weather.
Cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser
- Balloon flights depend on the current weather conditions and flight safety.
- In unsuitable weather (strong wind, rain, storms, low visibility) the organiser may cancel the flight or move it to an alternative date free of charge.
- If the flight is cancelled due to the weather, the customer may choose a new date.
Payment and vouchers
- A deposit of €50 per person may be paid, with the balance settled as agreed.
- Gift vouchers have no time limit and remain valid until they are redeemed.
- In the event of cancellation under the rules above, the price will be refunded (in full) within 15 days of purchase.
Failure to attend the flight
- If the customer does not arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time, the booking is considered cancelled with no entitlement to a refund.
